Thank you for choosing our products/services. To ensure the rights and interests of both parties, please record the unboxing process in its entirety.

We have also established the following return and refund policies. Please read them carefully before making a purchase to ensure your rights.

Return Rules

The product must be unused, with no signs of wear or damage, and with tags attached. If the product shows any signs of stains or use upon inspection by us, we cannot accept the return, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Return Rules

If the product is determined to be defective according to our standards, a full refund will be issued.

Application Time

Within seven days of receipt (the day after pickup is considered the first day), regardless of who signs for it. Please contact customer service for assistance. Late requests will not be accepted.

Refund Policy:

Payment Method: Refunds will be processed according to your original payment method. Please note that some payment methods may require additional processing time.

Refund Timeframe: Once we confirm your return or exchange request, the refund will be processed within seven business days. The actual processing time depends on your payment institution.

Refund Amount: The refund amount will include the actual amount paid for the purchased item, excluding any shipping or handling fees.

  1. Contact Customer Service Center: If you need to return/exchange or refund, please contact our customer service center within the valid period after purchase (seven-day appraisal period after receipt) and provide relevant order information and a description of the issue.

  2. Application Review: Customer service will review your application upon receipt. Please ensure that the information provided is accurate and valid.

  3. Return the Product: If a return/exchange is required after review, please follow the instructions provided by customer service to return the product. Please ensure that the product remains in good condition.

  4. Completion of Return/Exchange: We will process the corresponding procedures after confirming receipt of the returned product, completing the return/exchange and refund process.
